There are so many tools, books apps, therapies, and little tricks that can make a big difference for both recovery and caregiving.

I personally haven’t even begun to dive deep into all the tools out there, because I simply haven’t had time, or I wasn’t quite ready.

I figured this thread would be great to collect and share resources that helped in any way-practical, emotional, or spiritual.
